You can book a free placement test
here.

You can find out more about inlingua’s approach to learning

Q: What happens if I miss a lesson? Can I have a make-up lesson?
If you miss a lesson, the lesson can’t be replaced but you can request for the class notes and some guidance from your teacher on how to catch up. If you wish to book a make-up lesson, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Get in touch with us
here.
Q: I am interested in a course but it has already started. Can I still join?
Sure. Provided you haven’t missed more than 3 lessons, we can arrange make-up lessons to help you catch up with the programme. After that, you can join a class that has already started. Q: What happens if a lesson falls on a public holiday?
Standard and Accelerated courses are not scheduled on public holidays — the start and end date of the courses take into account public holidays so that you never have to miss a lesson. Lessons on Intensive courses that fall on public holidays can’t be replaced. However, the programme will be adjusted so that you are always on target with the objectives of the syllabus.
Q: Can I take a break from a course and resume it later?
It depends. If you enrolled in a Standard or Accelerated course, you can’t take holidays and missed lessons won’t be replaced.
If you are enrolled in an Intensive course, you may be able to apply for holidays subject to the management’s approval and in compliance with your attendance requirements for Student Pass (if applicable).
Q: I am sick and I can’t attend a lesson. Can I be excused?
Sure. If you are enrolled in a Standard, Accelerated and Intensive course and you are not on a Student Pass/Visa, you can be excused from attending the lesson, but the lesson won’t be replaced.
If you are enrolled in an Intensive course and you are on a Student Pass/Visa, you will have to visit a doctor and obtain a medical certificate to be excused from attending the lesson. The lesson won’t be replaced. As per Immigration policies, your attendance is communicated to the authorities every two weeks and if your absence is not supported by a medical certificate, there is a risk of your attendance falling below the requirement. It’s good practice to inform the school every time you feel unwell so that we can give you support.
